Review: Kiniki Stretch Cotton Micro Brief
I’ve finally come back to one of the underwear brands I’ve been pretty much wearing since the beginning of my bikini and thong wearing. Not sure why it’s taken me so long to make a new purchase from Kiniki. I’ve pretty much liked everything I’ve bought from them. Always seems to be well made. Today I’m reviewing their micro brief in stretch cotton. I got it in red, but I have one I’ve had for a while in orange. That one is about at end of wearing though. Since I bought another one, that should indicate I do like these.
The micro bikini brief is a snug fitting pair that keeps everything nice and snug. It is also a lower rise pair. I wouldn’t mind a little higher of a rise. The bikini is made out of 95% cotton and 5% elastane hence the name stretch cotton. The elastane makes these fit a lot better than a 100% cotton pair. It gives it the stretch and cling it needs to give a great fit and excellent support. These do have a center seamed contoured pouch, but really it’s not a roomy pouch. Be warned for those that like roominess or are well endowed.
They call the back of these a 3/4. I might call it a little fuller 3/4 cut. Anyhow it is a nice coverage amount that shows some cheek. The sides of these measure about 1”. Overall it is a pretty nice cut bikini. The tag says hand or machine wash and do not tumble dry, so break out the drying rack.
These are a good everyday bikini. I wouldn’t choose them for sports or working out, since they are mostly cotton. I prefer fabrics that are quicker drying. However the support I think would be fine for those activities. The stretch cotton micro brief is available in a handful of colors. The micro brief cut is available in prints, which is a different fabric blend than these. My next Kinki order will include a printed micro brief.
|Recommendation:||One thong up|
Pros: Great support
Cons: Only 5 colors, but available in prints in a different fabric; low rise
