Dietz Mandarin Mini Slip Brief Review
This is a soft lightweight well made pair of bikini underwear by Dietz. The fabric is of a tight mesh weave that is semi-sheer. The fabric is a blend of 84% Polyamide and 16% Elastane. I find the bikini very comfortable and great for hot summer wear, but with the lightweight fabric it isn’t very supportive. The bikini brief shows off the legs with narrow 3/4″ sides and I’d probably put it in the full back category. The back right sides has a small bluish Dietz logo. It features a centered seam v-front shaped pouch. The center seam of the pouch is unique compared to other underwear I own. Instead of sewing the two pieces of the pouch together on the inside of the pouch, Dietz has the stitching on the inside and outside of the pouch with the fabric laying flat on the inside. I tried to figure out what type of seam stitching it is, but couldn’t really tell. Anyhow I think it gives the pouch some character and looks like a stronger stitching method. The bikini is made in Mexico and is to be hand wash and hung to dry.
