Review: TOF Paris French Bikini

TOF Paris Bikini BriefThanks to Haut Underwear for sending this pair to me to review. Use my affiliate code TBDHAUT for 15% off. This is my first time trying out the brand TOF (Trends of Friends) Paris. You probably could guess it is a French brand. They were founded in 2015.

The French bikini features a flat center seamed contoured pouch. The pouch is doubled lined. The bikini is a full back cut. The side measures at about 1 1/4″. The fabric is made of a blend of 96% cotton and 4% Elastane. Washing instructions say to wash inside out at low temperature and not to dry in direct sunlight. So hang it to dry inside somewhere. Branding on this pair is subtle with a small black logo tag sewn on the left hip.

I say this a lot that the real key with underwear is comfort. These fit the comfort bill. I don’t do cotton that often because I run hot and cotton is just too warm for me unless it is winter time. I do like that they have Elastane to give some cling to the fabric. I could see this pair as a great lounging around the house pair.

To me this is a pretty classic bikini cut. Typically, I like a skimpier back, but hey nothing wrong with more coverage now and then. Overall I’m liking the fit of this bikini. It has a good snug fit all around which I like. The pouch has a nice secure hold and keeps everything firmly in place. Just my kind of pouch. I probably would not label it a roomy pouch, but it is a great size for me. I feel it helps accentuates what I got in a respectable manner. The back is a full seat and it stays in place. The elastic is firm enough and hugs the cheeks. The narrow sides and cut of the pouch helps me not mind having a fuller back bikini cut. When there is branding done on the outside of the pair I prefer it to be done like this pair with it not being a focal point.

For a fuller bikini underwear cut, I find this French bikini from TOF Paris to be pretty solid. It won’t fit as a daily underwear pair for me though. It will be too warm for me to wear unless it is on the cold side. As I said above they feel like they’d be a good lounging around the house pair or PJ bikini option. Thanks for the info. These look like what you could buy at a store years ago. I wish I could find them in stores today. I too like a more blended fabric, cotton is ok, not my first choice. Thanks again Tommy.

Nice review ! I haven’t tried TOF Paris yet , though it has been a brand I want to try. I like my bikinis as well that are a little more cheekier , but there are times its is nice to have a fuller cut.

Great review, thanks for showing us new stuff, I hadn’t heard of this brand before. I could definitely wear these, I personally prefer a narrower front, but the back looks perfect to me.
