Why should women have all the underwear fun?

Men's and Wwomen's Underwear DepartmentsSo you head into the women’s underwear section of a store and what do you see? An array of colors and prints that brightens that area of the store. Then you see there are briefs, mid rise brief, high cut briefs, string bikinis, thongs, g-string, v-strings, hipsters, cheekies, even boy shorts, and so on. These all available in a variety of fabrics too.

Now you head to check out the men’s underwear section in that store. You start wondering through the men’s section and finally you stumble upon the underwear section. Hey look boxers, oh and even more boxers, and what’s this more boxers. Then you find a row of packaged underwear and to your amazement they have boxer briefs and of course the famous whitey tighties. Oh and look they have some unwhitey tighties too. Wow, getting a bit sexier now with a couple low-rise and bikini briefs. And to your astonishment one package of string bikinis. Then you’re only options is cotton or cotton blend fabric and in solid colors and maybe a striped pattern unless you want boxers where you get some print selections and fabric options.

Sounds exciting huh? If you want some real adventure then you need to skip the brick and mortar stores and head to the Internet for the real selection of men’s underwear. Out in this world you can find a lot more variety in colors, fabrics, and styles. You can get sexy underwear like the ladies, but made for you. Why not be adventurous and try something skimpier? You know you like to check out the ladies in their bikinis and thongs, so why shouldn’t they like seeing you? Give it a try and see what happens. Maybe some day we’ll have the same selection as the ladies in the local stores.

Let’s break the stereotype that sexy undies are just for women. Everyone has the need to feel sexy and underwear is a great way to do that. Be confidence in your manhood and treat yourself to something sexy.

Totally agree with you. I’ve been thinking the same thing every time I walk pass the underwear section. I wish that they would stock up on more variety (types, cuts, colors, fabrics, etc.) for the men’s section but then again, they’re just focusing on sales, right? We need more male (paying) customers to show them what we actually want. In the meantime, thank god for the internet cause we guys want to have fun with our underwear too!

I think most guys interested in underwear buy them online…..

    • Really the only option for most guys unless they happen to live in a city with a men’s underwear store. Not much carried in department stores I’ve been to.

Well, they have to, don’t they? Brick and mortar stores don’t sell bikinis and thongs anymore, only Y-fronts and boxer briefs. The choice is either buy online or surrender to boring, mundane old grandad undies!

I get all mine from online, there’s more of a choice.

Men can have fun too-when I 1st started wearing the good stuff I was sort off nervous bringing string bikinis to the cashier. After a while I wasn’t- guess I got used to it being a part of my wardrobe, then came online shopping opening up huge selection of thongs and bikinis for men. I’d like to see more stores selling it cuz I’ve bought stuff online I wouldn’t have if I saw it 1st in a plastic package-I could probably tell if I’m gonna like it especially the fit.

Either way I buy them, g strings and very skimpy string bikinis are fun

Nothing gives me that little extra boost of joy and confidence than to wear a sexy, skimpy bikini brief, string bikini or thong. Yes, men do like to feel sexy too, and there’s nothing sexy about Y-front briefs that look like diapers or granny panties. Nothing sexy about boxer briefs, with loads of extra fabric going up above my belly button or down past my knees! Y-fronts are for boys, who just graduated from wearing Pampers. Wearing skimpies also gives you the satisfaction of knowing that you probably the only man in the room that has the courage and confidence to wear what he wants, and not what a society of prudes and meatheads say we should wear.

Most brick & mortar retailers offer nothing in the way of bikini or thong underwear for men. At present, the local Wal-Mart only stocks Y-front briefs and boxer briefs, in the same dull colors: grey, black and dark blue.

Their women’s underwear section takes up 10% of the store’s total space, while the men’s underwear (excluding socks and t-shirts) is one aisle. I remember when retailers would have 2-3 rows of, not just boxers and briefs, but bikinis, string bikinis and thongs, 4-5 different brands and plenty of selection to choose from.

Now, you can only buy skimpies online, and then buyer beware! You may get something different than what you ordered! The last time I ordered a men’s thong from Wal-Mart, I was sent women’s panties! The thong pictured in the advertisement looked totally different that what I was actually sent! Eventually, I gave it to a female friend.

And not just Wal-Mart, but other online retailers often send things completely different than what they advertise! AliExpress is a huge “Buyer Beware!” more oft than not, they sent the wrong style, wrong color, wrong size, or they just send you women’s underwear instead of the men’s brief that you ordered!

I have thought of taking out a business loan, renting a retail space, and opening my own menswear store, offering a wide selection of men’s thong, bikini and string bikini underwear and swimwear, but in reality, I know that my dream shop would quickly close because the locals are too conservative and prudish and would not set foot in my store, even the women would not come around! The prevailing attitude here is that men should wear Y-fronts and boxer briefs. I just don’t get what women find so attractive about their men wearing really huge underwear?!

A friend of mine has had great success in renting a space at the local flea market (He lives in Austin, TX) and he sells men’s skimpies, he apparently has had enough success that he had been doing this for almost a whole year! He told me that the majority of customers are teenage boys. Also some married couples and single women, buying sexy undies for their boyfriends.
