Review: Dietz Traxx Swim Bikini Brief
The first time I saw a picture of the Dietz Traxx swim brief I instantly knew I wanted to get my hands on a pair. I’ve been eyeing Dietz’s swimwear ever since I got my first pair of underwear to try from them. None spoke to me enough to pull the buy trigger until now. The cut of the suit is what really spoke to me. I also like that it is simple yet I find it to be a sophisticated look.
Let’s go over some of the details of it. They’re made of a blend of 92% viscosa and 8% spandex. It is recommended to hand wash the suit and like most suits it should be hung to dry. The side of this bikini measure at about 1 ¼”. I’m calling it a moderate coverage front with about a ¾ cut back. The overall cut of the bikini gives it nice open sides to give great unrestrictive leg movement along with great sunning opportunity. The Traxx bikini is only available in the light blue, but has stitching color options of orange or yellow. I got the orange version. On the right back is the dietz name in orange. The suit has the drawstring on the outside with silver eyelets where it goes into the waistband. The draw string is white with the dietz name in black. The pouch is a center seamed contoured and it is lined. The bikini is made in Mexico and is well made.
I love how this swimsuit fits. For me it is the right cut all the way around for a bikini. The fabric has a nice feel to it and molds well to you. Holds the boys nicely and shows off the butt a nice amount. Kind of borderline for wearing at any beach for me, but we’ll see. With it being only available in light blue it could have sheerness when wet. Will have to test it out. I did a post on VPL a couple weeks ago and I think this suit limits that well in the dry state. The Dietz Traxx swim bikini brief is definitely going to be one of my favorites. When I think of this suit I get a feeling like when you’re thinking about or about to bite into a food you really want and your mouth starts watering.
|Recommendation:||Two thongs up|
Pros: Great cut, nice framing of the goods without being provocative.
Cons: Light color
