Prevail Sport – String Thong Brief Review

Prevail Sport String Thong BriefI thought it was time to get back to my go to brand for a review. It’s been quite some time, since I reviewed a pair of Prevail Sport underwear. I think it is time to meet the sister or maybe brother of the string brief. Read that review here. Let me introduce you to the string thong brief, which is the same as the string brief with a thong back. It is an excellent choice in thong underwear. The thong is available in different fabrics, color, and pattern combinations. It is always great to have options especially when you find a pair of underwear you like. This string thong has nice narrow 1/2″ sides. The tail width is also about a 1/2″, which helps with comfort. They sit on your hips and have a center seam v-shaped front pouch, which is a little less than moderate coverage. Most of the string thongs have the tails made out of a spandex type fabric in black. I find this helps makes the tail more comfortable and very unnoticeable especially after wearing them for a bit. This thong provides excellent support and could be worn for those who want to be physically active while wearing it. Fabric choice will play a role though in the support. It’s recommended to hand or machine wash these and hang dry for maximum durability. I do believe these would be a good beginner thong and definitely a good thong for anyone that likes to wear thongs. These are one of my go to thongs and gets two thongs up from me. Check them out here.

My Rating Overview

Support Rating: 5.0
Overall Comfort: 5.0
Tail Comfort: 5.0
Recommendation: Two thongs up

I am a huge fan of the Prevail Sport String Thong. I have tried a few other brands over the years, and even a few other models from Prevail Sport. Their String model is by far the most comfortable thong I’ve ever known. It has narrow sides and a narrow crack-strap that keeps everything in place nicely. Their Medium fits 31″-34″ waists, and that is the size I wear. Even though I have a 35″ waist, Prevail Sports Large fits 35″-39″, but the Large is too loose of a pouch for me. I also love that because of the narrow sides, they don’t “roll” when I bend over. Thanks for reviewing the Prevail Sport String!
