Don’t Give a Hoot, Wear a Swim Brief

Don't Give a Hoot; Wear a Swim BriefTypically no one thinks twice about a woman in a skimpy bikini. Pretty much every place you go, beach or a pool you’ll be seeing a woman in one. Over the past few years the suits at Victoria’s Secrets have gotten smaller like the Itsy and they even introduced a thong. Not that I’m complaining about seeing women in these types of suits, but what is up with the double standard. Why does society portray that it is fine for women to wear very little at the beach, but men shouldn’t?

Guy’s suits have been getting more and more fabric. I don’t want shorts going down past my knees on a hot beach. I want to feel comfortable and wear a swim brief or a micro swim brief. Let me stay cool, get some sun on my thighs, and just enjoy a day at the beach with a little less coverage.

Hey guys, isn’t it time to take a stand and break out the spandex at the beach? I know I’m not the only one tired of this negativity towards swim briefs. Like the title of my post implies we need to stop giving a hoot and wear what we want just like the ladies. Yes, it is hard to be the only swim brief wearer at the beach. But someone has to take the lead so others will follow. There has to be more guys than you and I at the beach or pool that would like to wear swim briefs.

Let’s bring the Speedo back to the beaches and pools and enjoy ourselves like we deserve. Now go and be a swim brief trend setter at your local beach or pool. Don’t forget about the Swim Brief Challenge by Underwear News Briefs. All you have to do is tweet @UNBBlog that you did the challenge with the hashtag #unbswim. You can even include a picture if you like.

for swimming I like wearing the Rio Bikini from Skinzwear.
Doesn’t hold water, dries in 15-10 minutes, doesn’t take up a lot of space, and very comfortable,
