Review: DomiGe Print G-String Thong

DomiGe Print G-string
Even though I don’t wear g-strings very often, I know a lot of the regulars are fans of them. I thought this was a fun colorful print, so I added it to my request of pairs Undies for Men sent me to review. Undies for Men is a Chinese manufacturer of the brand DomiGe. They offer other brands on their website too.

This DomiGe g-string is made of a blend of 95.4% Nylon and 4.6% Spandex. It is a mesh print fabric. The sides of the thong measure at about 5/8″. The tail measurement is around 3/8″. It has a contoured center seamed pouch. There is a black brand label sewn front and center of the waistband. The label says to hand wash and hang the g-sting to dry. The pair is made in China. The pair is available in 6 different prints. It’s available in the sizes M to 3XL which is a waist range of 25” to 37”. There is a care tag sewn inside front of the pair that you probably want to remove, but not really a better place to put one.

Overall I think this is a pretty decent g-string. I’ve found it comfortable for all day wear. The pouch is pretty similar in support to other g-strings I have. Not enough for activities for me, but does the job for a normal day wear. With the fabric being a mesh fabric, there is some sheerness to it. The print helps reduce the sheerness, but will depend on the color for the sheerness factor. I’m not one that typically wears sheer undies, so I like that the pair I got does shield what lies beneath some. The tail of the g-string, I have found to be comfortable for all day wear. I’m finding the sizing to be accurate based on their sizing chart.

For those into g-strings, I would take a look at this pair and see what you think about it. For the price I think it is worth a try. I’d be interested in what the regular g-string wearers think about it. You can also get 20% off an order with my code TBDRAWER at check out. More reviews to come including another g-string. The links are broken.

I prefer g-strings with a much narrower waistband and tail, but I like this type of mesh material and the degree of sheerness it allows. I have several animal print g-strings that are sheer when held up to the light, but the print helps to camouflage what lies beneath when they are worn.

That’s timely, since this is one of the styles I was considering ordering. Do you also have the polyester low-rise g-string. That’s another I’d like to try.

Some sheer fabrics I’ve tried in the past don’t offer a good support, but this fabric seems like it might be quite suitable for normal wear. A 15 mm waist band is a bit wide though. That’s the only negative that I can find in your review.

I have the ice silk g-string, which is a nylon/spandex blend. Haven’t given it a good wearing yet, but like the feel of the fabric. Here’s the link to that pair https://undiesformen.com/products/domige-mens-ice-silk-low-rise-thong-t-back.

The g-string is a bit different with a little thicker waistband and the thinner back strap. You typically see both the same width. I think the thicker waistband helps with it staying in place well and with support. For the price it is a decent g-string in my opinion.
