What does your underwear (men’s) say about you?

What does your underwear say about you?

Other places like to do what your style of underwear means about you. So I thought I’d give it a crack. My attempt is with boxers, boxer briefs, briefs, bikinis, thongs, and g-strings. Let’s start with the largest and head to the smallest.

Boxers

Boxer wearers are unsupportive. They like to hang free and swing about. There are some hidden secrets they don’t want to let out. So they may be a little insecure in themselves. Getting bunched up doesn’t bother them, so they enjoy the crowds.

Boxer Briefs

Boxer brief wearers are a little supportive. However they may pull one down, since riding up is an issue they can have. They like to follow the crowd. Safe is the way they roll with things.

Briefs aka Tighty-Whities

Brief wearers are a bit bland. They do like to give support to others. They’re not really followers, but not trail blazers either. It’s more a low profile thing. Maybe a little stuck in the old ways, but the new ways are a bit unsettling to them.

Bikinis

Bikini wearers are supportive people. They stray from the path, but not too far. A little adventure is what they seek. They’re near the front of the crowd, but not quite ready to break away. Leadership qualities are still being instilled in them. They do seek some spice in their life.

Thongs

Thong wearers are very supportive. They are confident in themselves. Adventures are what they look for. They like to blaze the trail and are open minded. Thinking outside the box is one of their strengths, which helps them be good leaders. They’re not afraid to push the limits a bit.

G-Strings

G-string wearers are somewhat supportive, but may depend on the day. They enjoy their freedom and are very adventurous. Some may say they are a bit daring. Confidence radiant from them. They don’t keep many secrets locked away, but the ones they do are kept in a safe place. Shying away from things is not an option.

Well that is what I’ve come up with. I tried to take aspects of what I think and have heard about the styles and turn them into a meaning for the wearer. Of course these may or may not be true, but it is all in fun. There does seem like there should be some traits linked to underwear. I mean if we are going against the norm in men’s underwear, wouldn’t we have some similar traits. Would we be adventurous, daring, confident, brave, stubborn, …?

Thongs are definitely the best way to go. Real men wear thongs!

Women actually do prefer men who wear bikinis and thongs. They may not openly admit it to us or their female peers because it’s not socially acceptable, but they secretly want their man to wear sexy underwear for their delight and pleasure!
In my lifetime, I have been with 7 different women and none of them had issue or problems with me wearing bikini & thong underwear. It was not a “deal-breaker” to them! On the contrary, some remarked that it showed great confidence in myself and that I was secure in my sexuality. Women admire and are attracted to confident, secure men.

Thong says spontaneity and adventurous to me.
You’ve got the important stuff covered, wing-it on the rest.

If my underwear could talk it would probably say “why am I not barely covering the loins of some young, muscular Instagram sensation, rather than this sad old git who should be in long johns?” Sometime ago I posted a topic called “Mutton dressed as lamb” which is a derogatory phrase more commonly directed at older women who choose to wear styles associated with younger girls eg animal print mini skirts. It is not a term that is used to describe older guys in the same way, but I’m sure we’ve all seen guys wearing something that even the most liberal and broad minded of us baulks at(older guys in crop tops is my bete noir)lol. Although I would defend their right to wear them!
Unfortunately, much of society has deemed that briefs, bikinis, thongs and g-strings should not be worn by any guy, with the possible exception of strippers and male models, but definitely not by your average Joe or anyone slightly long in the tooth. Thankfully forums like this and the excellent Speedo Movement show that there are plenty of guys who are brave enough and confident enough to thumb their noses at society while baring their bums at the same time. And speaking of bravery. It would be a brave or foolhardy person who would tell Ralange that he couldn’t and shouldn’t wear a thong at his age(lol).
I realise that I probably look faintly ridiculous to most, if not all, who see me in my skimpy G-strings, but life really is too short to worry about what someone else might think. I’ve found a style that I love and makes me feel good about myself and brightens up my washing line(lol). So, in closing, I’ll tell my underwear that they are stuck with me, and if they don’t like it, they will be banished to the drawer of no return.

I started wearing minimals in my twenties and was seen in just them by a few women and they liked what they saw. My mother walked in on me when I was at her place for a weekend visit. She made me model it for her and gave her approval. They fit well under jeans and I get compliments every so often if some women notice how well my jeans fit. Always a plus.
