Share the Goods – Chris 2025
We’re back with a new Share the Goods post. Welcome Chris back with a few more pairs to share with us.
1. Loin cloth inspired thong from Creal
(https://item.rakuten.co.jp/creal-shop/mzt1382/)
- Soft and thin stretch cotton gauze
- No leg hole elastic’s
- Leg holes are stitched so keep everything secure.
- Wonderful light fit
- No front seam or crotch seam
- Front has gentle support and plenty of room.
This design is based off the bikini version I reviewed before but now with a thong back.
This has got to be one of the favorite thongs I have purchased in some years. It’s great for lounging, sleeping or Just a relaxed fit thong. In a way it’s the boxer shorts of thongs. The lack of elastics on the legs allows for a looser fit but the front width and the stitching holds everything in. No other brand makes anything like it and it’s a wonderful fit while looking great on.
I hope a Creal makes this style for some time.
2. Microfiber classic cut thong from Creal
(https://item.rakuten.co.jp/creal-shop/mzt1394/)
- Lovely soft fabric
- No front or crotch seam
- More conservative style
This thong isn’t very stylish or sexy. It’s frankly kind of boring as thongs go. But the conservative cut thong is great for situations where you may be seen in your underwear like the changing room or around the house etc. No one will bat a eye, unless they see you backside. 🙂
It’s super comfortable, has few seams lots of room up front and has lots of stretch. The thong tapper around back is wider than typically prefered but it still fits well.
3. String thong bikini from Creal
(https://item.rakuten.co.jp/creal-shop/mzt1398/)
- The benefit of a string bikini with a thong back
- Stretch sparkling Lycra material
- No seam front
This one is for people that like string side thongs. The front has plenty of room and no seams. The string side have plenty of stretch and feel smooth and soft. The thong tapper at back is more narrow than the others they have made so it doesn’t look as stylish as older versions but the thong width fits nicely. It’s a simple thong string bikini in plenty of nice colours. It also has a bit of a sparkle shine when under bright light due to the Lycra spandex. The fabric does have a similar finish and feel to Cycling shorts so if you get these in black they match that look.
4. Clear skin Bikinis from TXM
(https://txm.co.jp/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=335044)
- Comes in LL size similar to L-XL in north America sizes
- Very lightweight
- Nice high cut sides
- Slightly narrower back
- No front seam
So first and formost it’s really great to see TXM bring back some LL sizes for both bikinis and thongs. They have plenty of styles now in the LL size that are suitable forL or XL North American sizes. Some of TXM designs in the L size work as well. Anyways I got these bikinis as I love TXM hi cut partial rear coverage bikinis. They call these full back but they are more like a rio back. The fabric is rather seen thru so not suitable for running around the house but great for sports or warm days. This style also comes in a thong style but sometimes it’s nice to have a bikini alternative.
5. TXM x Shirohato collaboration Great Fit Micro t-back
(https://item.rakuten.co.jp/adieu/48325868/)
- Truly seamless laser cut thong back
- very light weight
- good front support
This is one of those very unique and rare styles that are very hard to find for men. They some in M-L-LL sizes so good for north american sizes S-M-L but would fit up to a XL due to the crazy stretch. The thong has a totally seamless rear strap with no stitches, folds or elastics. Other than the very thin waist elastic at the top. So needless to say the thong strap is very comfortable and just kind of glides around and you don’t feel it at all. The front of the underwear is fairly slim and doesn’t have any front pouch seams but has some impressive stretch so fits everything in nicely. The front does have leg elastics that stop at the crotch so helps keep everything nice and snug. The material is very smooth and stretchy and is slightly see thru unless you get the black color.
This style is my favorite for wearing under bike shorts as you don’t see the thong outline under your shorts. Saving the rider behind you seeing your whale tail thru your shorts. It’s also a nice design for any close fitting pants just be careful the pants are not to low cut as this thong does ride fairly high cut. This design is not available from TXM directly sadly so If you don’t mind setting up a Rakuten international shipping box it’s very worth the purchase.
So this last one is a bodysuit from the US company Bodyaware.
6. Bodyaware ribbed long sleeve thong bodysuit
(https://bodyaware.com/products/turquoise-ribbed-longsleeve-thong-bodysuit)
- Wonderfuly soft stretch material
- Soft elastics and seams
- Stylish Henley button top
- Can wear it every days and doesn’t feel unusual.
So bodysuits seems to be taking off a bit in men’s wear In the past couple of months. I have tried bodysuits in the past but they mostly Seemed like novelty wear. But thisbodysuit from Body aware is one of the first general wear bodysuit that fits well, doesn’t ride over your belt line and just looks and feels great. The snap closures at the crotch make access easy for washroom stops if a #2 is required. Most of the time simply pulling the bodysuit brief to one side is just fine for #1 visits.A note on the crotch snaps , you have to place them just right for comfort. For me I pull that back a bit so they are closer to the bum to make them work for all day wear. If they move to far forward into the crotch area they can pinch and be uncomfortable. But I find that this is rarely a problem.
The other downside to the crotch snaps is riding a bicycle just isn’t a good idea but for general wear it’s all day comfortable and wearing it for bed time is also nice. The material is soft, stretchy. The shirt top is stylish and just looks great without anything over it. The thong bottom doesn’t ride to high but is still high enough to clear the brief front from leg movement and the thong back still tappers nicely in place without getting major whaletails. The only catch is if you bend way over to tie your shoe it’s almost a 100% chance that your thong will just poke out.
That’s the latest spin on my favorite styles.
Thank you to Chris for sending in another Share the Goods post. If anyone else would like to put in a submission, check out my share the good post on how to.
Ways to Support The Bottom Drawer by Shopping
Chris thank you for sharing some of your collection. I like the string thong bikini, looks very airy and comfortable for summer time. I’ve noticed body suits are becoming popular with a lot of brands – but they don’t seem practical to me. I had on years ago, from International Jock – and you had to take it almost all the way off if you had to use the bathroom – needless to say it didn’t get worn too often.
Hi!
Ya the string thongs are great for the summer. The material is like bathing suit material so seems to dry fast. I hear you on the bodysuits. I have tried them off and on for a long time and never really got to into them. But Bodyaware has recently really figured out the bodysuit cut. The snap bottom once’s are certainly the most practical you just can wear them for bicycling. The ribbed fabric is very nice and they have the glow bodysuits that are great for sports and lots of movement. Anyways they have certainly become part
Of my wardrobe.
I can vouch for TXM. They have some reasonable designs if you are prepared for transparent fabrics with some of them. They do have limited sizes, and are one size up from the usual – their M fits me as a S well. TXM change their designs often, so once you’ve found a comfortable design it might not be there next time you order.
Like the look of the seamless laser cut thongs, especially the one in lilac. Not a fan of the bodysuits.
The seamless back thong are a dream to wear. It’s like air but with good support up front. Bodysuits do take getting use to. Bodyaware certainly has some good once’s for men. Most are very novelty on the market. Far too high cut to ridiculous designs.
